V. Ross Morrison
CALLED TO THE BAR: (ONTARIO) 1975
Areas of Practice: Litigation, Administrative Law, Dispute Resolution
"Be prepared, forewarned is forearmed, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing; however you express it, the message is the same. Diligent, methodical, thorough preparation lies behind any successful outcome. It's the groundwork."
"The outcome of litigation can often have life-altering consequences and often hinges on the steps that are taken ahead of time. Preparation is all important. A properly researched plan and strategy not only sets you off in the right direction, but also keeps you squarely on course. Getting 'lost' in the middle of any legal action is not an option."
Civil litigation with emphasis on commercial, real estate, corporate matters, tax and assessment appeals, Ontario Municipal Board hearings, arbitrations and hearings before other administrative tribunals and criminal matters involving "white collar" offences.
